Mark Siwik

Mark has deep experience with risk management. After his federal clerkship, Mark represented the interests of corporate policyholders in complex insurance recovery litigation around the country.

In the late 1990s, Mark left the courtroom to work with senior management of global companies on risk management issues (insurance procurement, “bet the company” claims, design and role of the risk management team).  Mark is frequently called on to help lead collaborative teams to solve complex risk management issues and he spoken and written extensively on the subject for a number of national organizations including the Association of Corporate Counsel, the American Bar Association, and the Risk and Insurance Management Society.  He has also taught stress management, legal ethics and professionalism throughout the country.
